These “Terms of Use” and the supplementary terms and policies listed on or referenced on this page (collectively, the “Terms”) govern the relationship between you and the developer of the displayed application (the “app” or “product”) (the “Piyan Party”). You must agree to these Terms before accessing this website (including social media account pages operated by Piyan Party), installing, or using any app developed by Piyan Party. You can find a link to this page on each product’s sales page.

1. Liability

  1. You will not use Piyan Party, the Piyan Party website, or its products as a means to engage in illegal activities.
  2. You will not impersonate others.
  3. You bear legal responsibility for any output you create using Piyan Party products.
  4. You understand that the way other users use Piyan Party products does not represent the position of Piyan Party.
  5. You waive any right to pursue or claim compensation from Piyan Party for any damages caused to you or to any third party on whose behalf you may assert a claim, for any reason (if any).

2. Rights

  1. You may not transfer your rights to others.
  2. Piyan Party reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. Other Provisions

  1. When you use third-party platforms and technologies in conjunction with Piyan Party products, you may be subject to their terms of use.
  2. The “Instructions for Use” do not constitute any part of a commitment by Piyan Party to you.

4. Actions Upon Violation

  1. If you violate these Terms and infringe upon the interests of Piyan Party, you agree to unconditionally accept Piyan Party’s claims for compensation, including restoration of benefits and punitive damages.

5. Extended Consent

  1. Piyan Party is committed to formulating reasonable and clear terms of use. You agree that Piyan Party may enact (or revise) these Terms and related policies without notifying you.
  2. By any chance, should there be an argument between this contract and its Chinese version, you agree that the latter is the one and only valid contract in this relation.

Terms of Use for In-App Purchases in Siegecraft

  1. Scope of Application: These Terms apply to one-time, non-consumable feature unlocks purchased by users within the Siegecraft application.
  2. Nature of the Products and Transactions: The Purchased Features are one-time, non-consumable purchases and are not subscriptions unless expressly stated otherwise.
  3. Purchase and Payment Process: All in-app purchase transactions are processed through the Apple App Store platform.
  4. Feature Activation: After successful payment, the Purchased Features will generally be activated automatically and linked to your platform account.
  5. Restore Purchases: Legitimate purchases may be restored through the method provided in the App when account conditions are met.
  6. Refunds: Refund requests must follow the purchase platform policy, and the Apple App Store has final authority.
  7. Use Restrictions: Purchased Features are licensed only to the original purchaser for use within the App.
  8. Service Changes: We reserve the right to adjust, modify, optimize, or discontinue certain functions for reasonable causes.
  9. Accounts and Devices: Availability may be limited by platform account status, device compatibility, operating system version, region, or platform policy.
  10. Continued Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on all devices, but will provide maintenance and support on a reasonable basis.
  11. Amendments: Updated Terms take effect upon publication or on the specified effective date.

Data Policy

This policy is intended to help you understand the types of data collected by the developer of the app LOCL and Uesing Potsai (the “Piyan Party”) during your interactions, the reasons for collecting such data, and how the data is used.

1. Types of Collection

  1. Data you voluntarily provide.
  2. Data requested from you by Piyan Party, primarily contact information or other data necessary to provide services.
  3. Data automatically recorded by electronic services, including but not limited to IP address, email address, time of operation, geographic region, and software version used in conjunction.

During installation and use of LOCL, Uesing Potsai, and Siegecraft, Piyan Party’s electronic services will not automatically collect any data.

2. Reasons for Collection

Piyan Party may obtain your data outside the app due to your voluntary provision, request data from you for the purpose of providing services, or receive data forwarded by Apple according to its terms and privacy policy.

3. Methods of Use, Purposes, and Timing of Sharing

Piyan Party will use your data to provide, improve, and develop services, communicate with you, or for other purposes consistent with Piyan Party’s interests.

4. Your Statutory Rights

With respect to personally identifiable data, you may request inquiry, access, a copy, supplementation, correction, cessation of collection, processing, use, and deletion as permitted by law. To exercise these rights, please contact host@piyan.party.
